Canada Food Trail

My piece about food and travel in Alberta and BC has been published in Escape and is available for free here.

The story is structured around a drive that I made from Jasper to Lake Louise, Banff and Calgary, and then a final meal at Vancouver's lovely Bacchus restaurant. The aim, really, is to emphasize the way in which food allows it own kinds of meeting with a place and its people.
